Glenn founded Cheetah-Quick! Plumbing with one mission: show up fast, do it right, and treat every customer like a neighbor. With over 20 years of hands-on experience across North County San Diego, he personally oversees every job.

Charlie is the imagination of our co-founders — the embodiment of everything Cheetah-Quick! strives to be. Clean-cut, always on time, never rushed, and zero callbacks. He represents the professionalism we bring to every service call. Charlie isn't just a mascot; he's the standard every technician aspires to.

Ozzy co-founded Cheetah-Quick! Plumbing alongside Glenn with a shared vision: build a plumbing company that North County San Diego could truly trust. He drives the operations, customer experience, and the standards that keep every job running like clockwork.

Juan joined Cheetah-Quick! Plumbing in our very first year and hit the ground running. His goal is clear: become a full-time professional plumber. He brings energy, hustle, and a genuine desire to serve every customer. His motto says it all — "Built to Serve."

Demetrio is our go-to expert for drain and sewer work. As owner of Discount Drain and a veteran of Jones Plumbing, he brings deep expertise and a calm, methodical approach to every job. When the rest of the world clocks out, Demetrio is still on call — our after-hours specialist who never leaves a customer hanging.

Tom is the backbone of our shop. A proud Vietnam Veteran, he keeps our facilities spotless, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine. If something needs cleaning, Tom is already on it. He's also our king of recycling — making sure Cheetah-Quick! operates with a conscience. We are truly lucky to have him.

Tom Rev brings decades of plumbing industry wisdom to Cheetah-Quick! as our outside consultant and advisor. Formerly with Jones Plumbing, he now works independently — helping us train new employees, sharpen our service culture, and stay focused on what matters most: the customer. Tom is the compass that keeps us pointed in the right direction.

Thomas is our longest-tenured plumber and one of the best in the business. His specialty? Leak detection and working magic in impossibly tight spaces. Changing a shower valve behind a wall is like dental work on a back molar — you hate that it has to happen, but Thomas is the man who gets it done right, every time.
